This forum is established to serve campus IT professionals engaged in or affected by major new administrative systems initiatives at UCSB: the new UC-wide payroll and personnel system, UCPath; UCSB's new Financial Information System; Gateway, UCSB's e-procurement system; the Kronos timekeeping system, and others.   

IT Forum II Presentations and Questions & Answers

The IT Forum II was held at Loma Pelona on January 8, 2013.  The presentation topics were Admin Services PMO Project Update, Admin Services IT Organization and Approach, Campus IT Governance, Cloud Hosting - Successful Vendor Selection and Contract Startup, and Status of the Campus CONNET Project.  The files attached below contain the detailed presentations as well as questions asked during the forum and the answers to the questions.
