ITC Meeting Agenda 2013-07-12

  1. Review June 14, 2013 meeting notes.
  2. Approve proposed ITC Project Request and Evaluation form and ITC Project Supplemental Information form.
  3. Review and discuss draft project intake process and timeline.
  4. Discuss submitted project forms.
  5. Continue Subcommittee Discussion - We have two different approaches for how the subcommittees will communicate with us:
    • In our April meeting we discussed the idea of having each subcommittee report up to the ITC 1-2 times per year.
    • The draft UCSB IT Planning & Coordination Structure document proposes that the ITC shall assign their members as official representatives/liasons to all Planning & Coordination groups.  And the ITC liasons shall provide monthly updates to and from their P&C groups.

Once this is resolved, are we ready to draft the charges for the new subcommittees that include both the communications strategy and their responsibilities with respect to the quarterly ITC Looking Forward agenda item?
