Information Technology Leadership Council
Active: October 2003 - Present
The UC Information Technology Leadership Council (ITLC) includes Chief Information Officers and senior information technology leaders from UCOP, the campuses, medical centers, and UC managed national laboratories. The Council was created to serve as a system-wide venue for collective action in response to rapidly changing technology, the challenges of legislative and regulatory mandates, and the UC fiscal constraints that require us to make the most of our investment in IT.
The ITLC replaces the UC system-wide Joint Operations Group. The UCSB campus representative to the ITLC is Thomas Putnam, Associate Vice Chancellor for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer.
