UCCSC 2012 is hosted this year at UC Berkeley August 5 - 7.  The theme for this year's conference is Campus Collaboration.

From the UCCSC website: "We will be exploring what it takes to have successful collaborations — shared vision to solve common problems, technology platforms that support differences in campus practices, and governance models that ensure sustainable resource and participation commitments. We’ll also take a look at how collaboration helps our campuses find solutions in times of tight budget constraints."

The deadline to submit presentation proposals is June 1, 2012.  You will need to create an account on their website in order to submit a proposal.

From the UCCSC website: "The Berkeley UCCSC conference committee invites presenters to highlight successful IT-related collaborations across campuses, as well as collaborations within campuses at departmental, collegiate, and administrative levels. Presentations can be about common applications, shared services, joint development, communities of practice, infrastructure strategies, cost sharing, building IT organizations for collaboration, technical and information architecture to support collaboration, and other innovative efforts in the spirit of campus collaboration.

The committee is also interested in a mix of presentation formats — for example, individual speaker, moderated panel, demonstrations, etc."

Conference registration is scheduled to begin June 1, 2012, with the early-bird deadline being July 15, 2012.  The conference schedule is to be posted to the website on July 16, 2012.
