Send an Outlook Calendar invitation to a Oracle or Google Calendar User

In Outlook, when you create a meeting or event and include in the attendees list the email addresses of non-Outlook users, the meeting notice they receive will automatically include a calendar attachment file.  A Google Mail user who also has a Google Calendar will automaticaly be prompted to add the event to their calendar. Oracle Calendar user may be using a variety of email clients.  Various email clients may not automatically prompt the user to confirm their attendance.  An Oracle Calendar user who wishes to import the meeting in to their Oracle Calendar must save the attachment to their workstation and then import it in to their Oracle Calendar.  Location information and other information should be imported, and if the meeting is recurring, a recurring meeting should be created.
