- Proactive Application Maintenance and Configuration - We implement regular security patching, conduct major upgrades, and fine-tune application configurations which are key to application stability and data security.
- Tier III Application Troubleshooting & Support - For all the applications listed our team provides either Tier III or Tier II support & application troubleshooting.
- Custom Integrations - Our team develops, schedules, and manages integrations for a variety of vendors and applications including Kronos, Banks, FMM, legacy, Zoom, Lenel applications etc.
- Safety and Security - Campus Building Access to ensure appropriate access for staff, faculty and classrooms, Secrets Management to securely store and manage institutional secrets, and temporarily support of VSaaS video monitoring.
- WTS Service Insights - Analytics repository and PowerBI development with a dashboard updated hourly with ServiceNow data.
