ITS supports several applications used for financial management on campus, which are owned and managed by Business & Financial Services (BFS).
BARC
BARC (Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections) is UCSB's centralized system that consolidates and accepts payments for amounts owed to the university, such as registration fees, housing charges, student service costs, and more. Students and authorized payers can utlize the online MyBARC portal to view bills, make payments, and more. Learn more and get support.

Concur Travel & Expense Management is the campus standard application for requesting and processing employee travel and entertainment expense reimbursements. Learn more and get support.
FlexCard
UCSB’s FlexCard is a Visa procurement card issued by U.S. Bank to employees who are authorized to buy goods and services on behalf of their departments. FlexCard is managed through Gateway.
Gateway
Gateway is the online purchasing system used to request and manage requisitions, purchase orders, suppliers, and more. Learn more and get support.

Oracle Financials Cloud (OFC) is the campus financial system utilized for general accounting processes, management of projects & grants, and transferring expenses.
