- DUO Assistance – Supporting users with Duo-related issues, including setup on a new device, temporary bypasses, password resets, and account recovery.

- Custom Integrations – Developing, scheduling, and managing integrations for various vendors and applications, including Kronos, banks, FMM, legacy systems, Zoom, and Lenel.
- Safety & Security – Managing campus building access for faculty, staff, and classrooms, overseeing secrets management for secure storage of institutional credentials, and temporarily supporting VSaaS video monitoring.
- WTS Service Insights – Maintaining an analytics repository and PowerBI dashboard, updated hourly with ServiceNow data for actionable insights.
- Enterprise Email & Calendar Support – Providing assistance with UCSB’s enterprise email and calendaring systems.
- Web Conferencing & Instant Messaging – Supporting Zoom and Google Chat for virtual collaboration.
