Information Technology Services (ITS) is investigating a disruption to the Duo service causing authentication slowness and failures to load the Duo Prompt when logging into UCSB applications. Duo has identified the issue and is working toward a resolution. Earlier this morning, ITS implemented a global bypass of Duo. The change may take a few minutes and require you to reboot your computer or device and clear the cache.
