If you need help with any technology related issues, the Enterprise Technology Service Center is a single point of contact for enterprise technical services and support at UCSB. You can submit your support ticket for general IT and other technology services.

Training

UC Santa Barbara is focused on giving its employees the opportunity to grow in their role through continued education. We offer online courses through LinkedIn Learning free for all UCSB staff and faculty as well as discounted courses through the Professional and Continuing Education program. Our Human Resources team on campus also provides courses for the use of certain software and other non-IT related job functions.
