ETS Network & Communication Services Server Maintenance - April 27, 5:15-7:15 p.m.

On Monday, April 27 from 5:15 to 7:15 p.m., ETS Network & Communications Services will perform maintenance (security updates) affecting our Boris web services, including Service Location, Account Summary Management Tool, Service Requests, ePhone Silence, Temporary Disconnect/Reconnect, and IVR. 

Please do not use BORIS nor any Communications Services web applications/forms during this time, even if temporarily available during the service window.
