The application window for the Winter 2025 Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt cohort is now open. Interested applicants should apply using this application form by Wednesday, November 27.
Green Belt applicants must obtain their manager’s/supervisor’s endorsement and submit a project proposal. Selected applicants will be announced in early December and asked to confirm their participation prior to orientation.
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program equips participants with the skills to lead process improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
