Updates in Identity Self-Service and Helpdesk Systems

The UCSB Identity team has been working on upgrading, uplifting, and modernizing the development stack of the previous Identity Management Self-Service and IAM Helpdesk systems. In that effort, we recently upgraded the Group Tagger module to reflect a unified user experience.

In addition to a new interface, group taggers can now download a CSV file containing the member’s first name, last name, and email address.  

You may follow the direct link to the new interface for group taggers: https://www.im.ucsb.edu/iam/admin/grouptag. The link will only work if Group Taggers are logged in. Once logged in, click Admin Tools in the top right corner, then Manage Group Tags.
