We have established a subscription to their Higher Ed licensing package (details below) which is available to all campus members via a charge-back cost model.

Account Types

  • Free User Account: Free users have the ability to view and/or edit the items they have been shared to, but they do not have the ability to create their own items without a license.

  • Licensed User Account: A Licensed user is a paid user who can create new items in Smartsheet including sheets, reports, and dashboards, and share them with others.

To access the apps for the first time, you will need to go to the URL’s directly below the description and login. After the first login, these can all be launched from within the Smartsheet Application Launcher - the 9 dots on the left-hand side rail of the standard Smartsheet app window.

  • Dynamic View: Enable granular sharing control as you manage critical processes with vendors, mixed internal and external teams, or across organizations, without them knowing about each other.   • Data Shuttle: Data Shuttle by Smartsheet allows you to upload or offload your data between Smartsheet and your ERPs, CRMs, and databases.   • Pivot App: Use Smartsheet pivot tables to slice-and-dice your data and create a meaningful summary sheet from data stored in a sheet or report, and create charts in dashboards with report data.   • Data Mesh: Eliminate typos, duplicative data entry, and unnecessary work. DataMesh gives you lookup functionality between sheets and reports, making it easy to keep your data consistent. Collect the data you need quickly across a number of different sheets within Smartsheet.
